Who is responsible

The website is operated on our behalf by VayoMed, our digital marketing agency, which handles website enquiries and the newsletter for us as a service provider.

Enquiry form

When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we collect:

• your name, work email address, optional telephone number, organisation, country or region, and the details and message you enter;
• the type of enquiry and the page from which you sent it;
• the attribution information described under Browser storage below, and an approximate location (country, region and city) that our hosting provider derives from your IP address.

We use this information only to answer your enquiry, route it to the right team and follow up on it. We process it on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Enquiries are delivered to VayoMed’s lead-management system, which stores the enquiry, notifies our team and may send you an acknowledgement. If that system is temporarily unavailable, the enquiry is sent to our team by email through Resend, an email delivery provider.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to updates, we collect your email address, the page you subscribed from and a record of your consent, which includes a one-way (hashed) form of your IP address. Subscriptions use double opt-in: you are added only after you confirm through the link in our confirmation email. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. The newsletter is managed by VayoMed’s newsletter service and delivered through Resend.

Website statistics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the website is used. It does not use cookies and reports page views in aggregate, without identifying individual visitors. We may also use a privacy-focused statistics service operated by VayoMed, which likewise does not use cookies.

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking for advertising.

Browser storage

To understand which pages lead to an enquiry, the website keeps a small record in your browser’s local storage: a random visitor identifier, the first page you visited and the site that referred you, any campaign (UTM) parameters in that first link, and a list of up to 50 pages you have viewed on this website. The record expires after 90 days. It stays in your browser and is sent to us only if you submit the contact form. You can delete it at any time by clearing this website’s data in your browser settings.

Who receives your data

Your data is shared only with the service providers that run this website for us: VayoMed (enquiry handling and newsletter), Vercel (hosting and analytics) and Resend (email delivery). They process it on our instructions. These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the People’s Republic of China. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows.
• Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe; we keep a suppression record so we do not email you again.
• Browser storage: 90 days, or until you clear it.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to a data-protection authority. This website is intended for healthcare professionals and business audiences and is not directed at children.
