Accessibility

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. In building the site we have:

• used semantic headings, landmarks and labelled form fields;
• made navigation, menus and forms usable with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator;
• chosen text and background colours with sufficient contrast;
• provided text alternatives for meaningful images and diagrams;
• designed layouts that reflow on small screens and when text is enlarged.

Known limitations

• The product operation video has on-screen English captions but no audio description; its steps are also written out on the product page.
• The registration certificate is a scanned image of a Chinese-language document; its key details are provided as text on the product page.
• Some older or third-party documents linked from articles may not be fully accessible.
